Can't view bill on directv.com

I can log in to directv.com and view my programming, but it tells me I must go to att.com to view my bill. My ATT login doesn't show anything connected to/with DirecTV. We no longer have any active services with ATT either. I was on the phone for over an hour being bounced around with 3-4 different
