Unless it has changed, "Promise to Pay" does NOT keep service uninterrupted. That only stops past-due notices, as you are acknowledging the situation, but service will still turn off as scheduled.

It is PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT that pushes back a scheduled service interruption.
