how do I cancel add ons

Too many unsuccessful login attempts, Recover your id or reset password to continue. I’m getting this almost daily.  All devices have login information stored, no other streaming service I subscribe to has this issue. 

How do I reply to another user? I can make comments in a thread, which is ok, but sometimes I would like  to reply to the individual that wrote the comment. I used to know how! For the life of me, I can't figure it out, my age is showing. 🤔help!
