No free channels for joining

We signed up online and chose this method to get 3 months of free channels.

We call and call.

After about 15 days the free premium channels disappeared.

We keep calling.

I am hassled continually by a couple of people and they keep putting the problem on me. Why do theses people speak for the company?

We keep calling

got another woman and she agrees and is nice to me. guarantees it will be back on in two days.

Nothing.

Why is all this happening? Does Direct TV have a governing administration? 

Now I question my Bill. What am I paying for?

All I wanted was the special advertised on the site when I signed up. Free Pay channels for 3 months

Thank you but the people who answer support calls are ruining the customer experience. 

It makes me feel like a victim. I am paying for bad service.

Are you talking about the Free Movie Channels like HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, and Stars? If so you would have had to get this before completing your order for service.  They would not just disappear as they would hope that you would forget to cancel these channels.  What device are you using to Stream your Directv Streaming Service?

Yes, I did all that. Note, that I said they disappeared after 15 days.

That is weird.  But unfortunately, you will need to talk with customer service as we cannot help you with this issue.  But your best bet at getting this resolved would be to talk with the retention department.  To get them you would need to call customer service (1(800)531-5000) and say cancel then you will be transferred to the retention department.  They are more knowledgeable customer service agents and should be able to help you with this issue.  I hope this helps you get back the channels that you want.
