please what happened to my direct tv stream service.  i had sent in updated account information

I don't even understand your comment. What do you mean by what happened? What has your updated account information have to do with it? You need to explain in better details for help.

Streaming direct TV was CUT OFF.  Do you understand that?  I wanted to know why???

What do you mean it off? Cancelled? Have you verified status by logging into your account and viewing the status? Have you contacted support and discussed with a support agent?

Nobody here is a mind reader. So your first post didn't give enough details to give really any guidance.

You say your service was "CUT OFF". If DIRECTV STREAM actually cut off your service, then you need to either log into your account or call customer support to find out why. However if your service is not working correctly, so not a guarantee "cut off" by the company, then if you provide details (error messages, symptoms, etc.) then perhaps we can help further.

We get you want to know why it happened. But you have to be specific on what happened for anybody to have a clue on how to help.
