Directv app stopped working on iPhone SE

Streaming ok on two tvs. App did work on iPhone SE and older iPad. Both stopped working two weeks ago. Using ok user name and pw what as works on tv results in Care code 600 countless times on Apple products. I’ve reinstalled directv app, restarted iPhone and rebooted router countless times. Customer support has no idea what’s wrong. Help someone!

Other folks have reported issues with the DirecTV App on the latest iOS 16 release. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

That’s what I have heard. Directv tech support is clueless. Guess I’ll keep checking back. One told me to Ck back in 3 days - very irritating. Thanks for your reply.

The SE is already phased out by Apple so it can’t run IOS 16. You must mean SE 2? I doubt that’s the problem though since your iPad has the same issue. 

You’ll just have to wait since maybe the ‘bug’ fixes DIRECTV applied to make the app work smoothly on iOS 16 somehow had an affect on most other devices as well.
