Cannot cancel subscription.

I can't cancel my subscription. I log in, go to Account Overview, Manage my Subscription, and when I press "Continue to Cancel", it won't work. I tried multiple different browsers and my desktop monitor -- same problem. I only have a free trial right now and would like to NOT be charged for something I have been trying repeatedly to cancel.

They want you to contact them directly now to cancel. Support is listed in my footnote below. Either call them or use the chat.

Same problem, talked to 3-4 agents all foreign, they didn't speak English well or understand it,  for 3 months I've tried to disconnect this service, so now I have a bill for $411.47. Didn't ask for it after my contract ended, they just added it without my permission
