Why does DIRECTV not offer a military/ veterans discount? AT&T does one for the wireless and landlines. I’m sure that would attract more subscribers if they did offer it

My tv says that there are too many streams going on away from my home and we are all home at the moment. Is there a way to figure out who is using our information? Or do I just have to change our password?

No returns

We canceled Direct TV and was told that we do not return the equipment and we will be charged $110 for the cost of the equipment since we didn't keep the service for 2 years, yet everything we read says equipment must be returned. Quite confused by this.
