DIRECTV STREAM Account

and now it says I can not reset it again till August ..... I am supposed to get 20 streams at home, no one else is watching and I am in my bed wanting to watch directstream ..... I says "only three are allowed away from home" .....of course I call Direct and there is no 24 hour service (my god) ....
