Charged too early

I just hooked up to Direct Stream yesterday. Today I was charged for a full month. Overdrew my bank and They don’t care, I’m having to deal with paying an overdraft charge.  I’ll get my money back in about 5 days…..What a joke! And I didn’t get the full free trial, they instantly cut off my service. Never Again!!
