Bally Sports isn’t working anymore
Worked fine for over two years and kicked me off a few days ago. Using DirecTV Stream service and “connect TV provider” link. Will not let me authenticate on either phone app, Roku, desktop PC via browser, etc. have used cellular connection as well and different WiFi networks. Same result.

When you try, are you getting to the login page or does it fail before then? If you get to the login page and can try to login, do you get an error message or does it just hang?

I can tell you the website is working with my DirecTV Stream credentials. Have not tried the app.

Just tested app on phone with DirecTV Stream credentials. Worked with no problems. Agree must be on the OP's side.

Did you recently downgrade your Dtv Stream package below choice?

I did not. I have the grandfathered “Go Big” package and contacted DTV earlier to verify that I still have RSN provider access. According to them there is no issue with my account and Bally Sports should be accessible. If authenticating on the Bally webpage I get “could not connect to cable provider” (picture of a baseball player and a small TV icon in the center with a red X superimposed over the corner of the icon). If I’m attempting to connect using the app it gives me a “something went wrong” error page with the option to “try again”(button). Contacted Bally Sports and they’re telling me it’s DTV and vice versa. Fun

I am a grandfathered "Go Big" subscriber. As I have already stated, no issues using my credentials. Authentication is successful.

Good to know. I was certainly curious if that was a possible factor. Thanks for clarifying that. I’ll move on to other angles for resolving this

And you chose "Directv Stream" as the provider b/c both Directv and Directv Stream are choices.

I’m having this same problem. I choose DirecTV Stream as the provider and when it tries to redirect to the sign in page for Directv Stream, I just get a page from DirecTV saying “Something went wrong.”
