INSP channel 364

What the heck happened to my line-up? I was watching INSP channel 364 Wednesday and Thursday afternoon its not in my favorites or even in my Ultimate package? Don't they give a heads-up or refiguration warning? Paying X amount a month and don't want to add anymore streamers as getting nickel and dimed to death already.....
