No longer connects.

I can turn the tv on and off only. Cannot get the menu to come up or anything else for that matter. What am I doing wrong?

Attempting to change my receiver names to better identify which tv I am controlling. I have 16 receivers in my restaurant and I need to streamline the control of them prior to football season. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I currently have a HR 44 and a AM21 off air adapter. If I request a Gemimi can I still use the AM21 for off air receptions. 

We have added a Gemini back in January. It works well with the exception that it displays Spanish CC’s instead of English on Channels 402 and local 25 for some shows that have CC in English on CC3.  This works correctly on my Genie Minis and worked on the main receiver prior to the Gemini bein

I am currently a Stream customer, but i am unable to have a tech install at my apartment complex because of how strict the leasing company is. I am wanting to buy equipment from Solid Signal and install myself. Would DIRECTV let me create a new account for satellite and activate the receiver i purch
