HISENSE COMPATIBILITY
Bought a 55" U8 Hisense TV.OTHER TVs in the house work with the Direct TV receiver we have. Hisense sound cuts out on almost ALL HD channels, but plays fine on ALL non-HD channels.Sound blips in only about 5% of the time on the HD channels.Any suggestions? Might the receiver just be out of date? W

Guide
On my DVR receiver, the guide keeps popping up randomly. it's not a functional guide, all it does is obstruct the view. the only way to get it to go away is to bring up the actual guide and exit. but it comes back a few minutes later. what can i do to fix this?

Concerning a new install, I understand there is a 24 hour window for canceling. Is there any kind of charge for the install and then... uninstall if one is not satisfied?

Dish Installation Issue
My mother is a customer of Direct TV/AT&T. She has had that service for approx 5+ years. The original installation was mounted thru shingled roof top. Some 2-3 years ago, a service tech uninstalled that roof mounted dish and re-mounted it to a higher position on her roof.
