Not Receiving Emailed Statement Each Month
Hello there,
Since DirecTV took over our AT&T cable account, I have not received emailed statements each month. Because I split my bill with my roommate, I would like to be able to forward her the bill each month so she has her own backup/copy of the bill she's paying half of. I've called to request emailed statements each month, and I've been told that DirecTV does not do this for any customers on auto-pay. Is this accurate? I'd really rather not have to log in each month and screenshot the "statement"...Any help would be great!

The change was years ago, time to accept how it is. A detailed email bill you will not be getting.
However you don't have to screenshot. You can just download the bill as a PDF and email that to your roommate. Sure has a couple more steps than simply forwarding an email, but it only takes a minute or so depending how fast your fingers are.

Thank you. I would be fine with an email confirmation of the charge hitting my account, but I don't think that's going to happen either. The big issue is that I forget this bill exists, so right now I have a calendar reminder to check my account on the day after the bill hits. Was just hoping that I had missed something and there was a way to get a notification. Thanks for responding so quickly, I appreciate it. :)
