How do I purchase online?
The direct TV website appears to be broken. I tried to purchase your service online through multiple different computers, iphone, ipad, and windows 11 laptop. Each time I get a 'validation errors' message and your website never lets me complete the purchase. I tried with three different credit cards

NBA league pass and New Orleans Pelicans team broadcast
I can't see any of the New Orleans Pelicans broadcast as an option in the Houston area market through my league pass subscription. My only viewing option to watch is through the team they are playing's broadcast. My son's in L.A.'s NBA League Pass on YouTube Tv provides him with both options

Guide
On my DVR receiver, the guide keeps popping up randomly. it's not a functional guide, all it does is obstruct the view. the only way to get it to go away is to bring up the actual guide and exit. but it comes back a few minutes later. what can i do to fix this?
