No sound Iheartradio ch 799

Client C71KW-400, Genie HR54/500.

Trying Ch 799, IHeart Radio

Submitted IHeart's activation number using my PC and was acknowledged on the DirectV screen.  Selected genre.  The title of the song is displayed, but no audio.  Hit pause/play no change, hit scan and next song title appears.  Still no audio.  Volume is set normally -  regular TV channels play fine.

Tried other iHeart radio genres and stations, same results.   Display seems correct but no audio.

Are you using the IHeart app on the C71WK?  If so then try posting in the Streaming forum.

Not using an App, just on ch 799 of the normal channel lineup.  The 800's are other music channels.

My HR24 says it is an app and to use it I have to upgrade to a Genie so I can't provide any help.
