When I sign into my new TV I get code 8013 I don't know what that means all my other devices are working good

We set the dvr to record the Packer Game today 10.27.24 at noon on channel 6 Fox and the recording tells us to launch YouTube? Why can't we watch the game and why is it telling us to launch YouTube when we recorded it from channel 6?

Does anyone know how to navigate the new update menu? I can’t find my recordings or delete my recordings? Spent hours recording this weekend and now where are they? I have reset the dvr numerous times with no luck! I am so frustrated because I feel we spend lots of money for these services and now

Instead of showing all the programs I've recorded when I go to List, it just shows me how to delete recordings.
