Channels missing on the app

I have DTV satellite service for my home TVs. For a couple of years I was able to access the same channels on the app on my iPhone and iPad.  A couple of months ago most of the channels mysteriously disappeared from the app.  I have un-installed and re-installed the app multiple times. I changed the email address and password for my app. I've called DTV multiple times and they tell me they are escalating my issue, or it's a known issue and nothing for me to worry with.  I'm so frustrated!  There has to be a life hack here!

Some channels have decided to no longer allow DTV sat to stream their programs.

I could understand if I was missing a couple channels, but I’m missing most of my channels. When I sort in numeric order my channels go from 240 to 320. That’s a big gap and most of my faves.

@shannon02 Thank you for your input, and you're correct. Not all channels are available for streaming.
