Local Channels Sound Issue
With my DirecTv Genie connected directly to my large Screen TV set via HDMI cable, why do I have a problem with Charlotte Local Channels 3, 9, 36 and 46, especially channel 9 where the sound volume is considerably lower and poorer quality?

Have done all that a few times at the directive of DirecTV techs, nope still the same issues!

They have sent me a new DirecTV Genie box hoping that that wiill solve the problem.
If I connect to Roku thru HDMI2 cable the sound is perfect on my Large Screen set.
BTW, my other TV connected to the Genie Mini has no issues.

Can you explain why would the mini Genie be working fine on my other TV set while the main Genie receiver has this issue with sound volume and clarity on my Large TV?

Installed new Genie receiver and same sound issues!
Does anyone know if there is a conflict with audio volume and quality between the main Genie receiver and a Sharp Aquos large Screen TV?

After Tech visit still the same audio issue. New recommendation is to replace the Genie with the Genie 2 and then instal a Minin Genie on the Sharp TV and that will supposedly resolve the problem. We shall see!
