Why can’t I delete my recorded show at the end of the show? Previously, once the recorded program is at the end, the delete function popped up. Now I have to hit the back button and delete from that screen. Is this suppose to be a new function?

I had a couple of HR24 receivers. One suffered a BSOD and was replaced by an HR54R1/500 receiver.  Previously when starting up either receiver, there would be 90 minutes of buffer on whatever station was tuned.  The new receiver has zero buffer when starting.  Is this typical? 

I live in an Independent Living facility wherein basic Direct TV is provided, but a Direct TV Remote is not provided. Do I need to purchase a DIRECT TV Remote and program it to access programs? Can I use the remotes that came with my two TV’s, one an LG and one a Toshiba? Thanks in advance.

Metv has no sound. All the other channels do. It been about a week.  08/05/24 help!   I miss my favorite channel no having sound!1

I have had an account set up in my name fradulently and have been trying to dispute it since February. MeTV has been without audio for about a week now. This is the only channel I am experiencing this problem with; it is both DVR and live.
