Updated DVR recording delete function

Why can’t I delete my recorded show at the end of the show? Previously, once the recorded program is at the end, the delete function popped up. Now I have to hit the back button and delete from that screen. Is this suppose to be a new function?

There is no error.  It's just changed functionality from what I gather.  Previously, the recording would end, the delete/save option would pop up and I would hit delete and it would delete the recording and if there were any other episodes to watch for that recording, it would show the list and I selected the next episode on the list.  Now, when the recorded show ends, it just sits there.  Only way out is to hit the List button again or the back button and delete the episode from that screen.

You can find the Private Message/Direct Message (PM/DM) icon (text/speech bubble) on the upper right portion of the page between the notification icon (bell) and "directv.com". You must be logged into your account to have access to it. The icon will only show once an official DM has been initiated to you. Let us know if you're able to find it. No I do not see it.  It says it will only show the icon once an official DM has been initiated to me.  Did you do that?  I am signed in and this is what I see

Have you done a red button reset on all receivers?

There is no reset on our DVR.  We have to unplug and plug back in.  Not sure what that will do but will try it.  This seems to be a change in functionality.
