Gemini Fast Forward/Reverse freezes screen
My new Gemini “child” unit is exhibiting some very undesirable behavior. When using FF or Reverse the screen freezes while the position in the program moves forward or reverse as requested. This means that the viewer cannot see the advancing or reversing content, essentially defeating the value of the FF/Reverse feature of the DVR. (The parent DVR, using the older white/black remote still behaves as it previously did)

Hi @PCDKgee. We're sorry to hear the screen freezes when you're using FF or Reverse feature. @shannon02 is right, please try to reset your receiver by following the steps below:
- Press and release the red reset button on the side of the device.
- Wait for the device to reboot – and start watching again.

Thank you for the response. Apparently the behavior was abnormal- when I restarted the Gemini I was able to FF and Rewind with the video content visible.
