My new Direct TV DVR has this annoying Blue Line in Guide Box that tells the relative time. Is there a way to get rid of this feature.

My Music Choice Audio and Video channel do not have sound. Video image is fine however. Already tried re-setting my receiver but there's no change. Advice?

Where i work we used to be able to watch the New Orleans local channels. Over the last few years the signal on sat 103s TPN 21 has diminished to the point that now we have no signal on tha transponder. What is going on with this? and what are our options to get these channels back?

I'm using the rc73 remote and Genie hr54 combination, and upon deletion of a recorded show, the system freezes for a minute with no button response on the rc73

Golf Channel has audio of background (ball being hit, wind blowing, applause) but there is no audio of the announcers. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it? Thanks. 

My service will stop and all I get is a blue screen with the DIRECTV logo. This is the 2nd receiver doing the same thing. Once I reset the receiver - it’s ok for a few hours if I’m lucky. Any suggestions??

Howdy folks, I have an old HR22 box that has been having quite a few issues as of late. It'll power cycle itself randomly, but fairly frequently now. About 1-2 times per day which is annoying as it takes 15-20 mins to boot back up every time. We've had a tech come out which refused to do anything ab
