Connecting Gemini air

I’m trying to connect Gemini air device to my Samsung tv.   I’m using eero 6 the software is up to date.  The Samsung tv software is up to date.     I have spent hours trying to make this work.   I have talked to at least 6 different support agents.    Each time I talk to an agent and run through the setup over and over again they can not figure it out so they figure it must be a faulty device (one was).  I now have 4 devices.   Still do not have service but I do have 4 devices.   I need help.

While I may not be much help directly with your issue, I can tell you that there isn't enough information here for anyone to be able to assist you.  You've given no information about how connecting it departs from expectations, i.e. error messages, behavior different from the documentation, etc.

So, if you can give us the step by step of what you did, and then what you can see that went wrong (including messages, etc.), maybe someone with more experience with the Gemini air than I can help.

What I see.   First I get the Directtv setup screens.  Followed by the remote control setup.  After the remote control is setup. I get a screen asking for the network information….  I select my network then I’m asked for the network password.  After I enter the correct password.  I get a spinning circle ⭕️ the I’m asked for the password again.     I know the password is correct that can not be the issue   I can see my password on the eero app screen.  I have tried each html connect port.    I’ve worked with many different support agents.  That can confirm everything I said here.

Does your Wi-Fi password contain any "interesting" punctuation/special characters?

Have you tried connecting your Samsung TV or other devices to your home network with the same password to see if it works? Rhyan, DIRECTV Community Team

Are you trying to connect your device to the eero 6 device (Is the eero 6 a smart HUB or Wifi extender?) or are you connecting directly to your wifi network?
