Can I run the Directv Stream box through my A/V Receiver?

Early Cancellation Invoice
Why cannot I get a copy of my early cancellation invoice. I was on auto pay and was told this should appear after 28 days after cancellation however it is not there. I have called multiple times. I called again last night and was told I would get a call back after 5-15 minutes as they were checking

LG TV and DirecTV Streaming App
I've been advised to use an ethernet connection rather than the Gemini Air device as that device is not working consistently and I keep getting "no internet" messages when there is internet and it corrects when I click off wifi and click it back on. We have a new LG tv. I am extremely disappointed

DIRECTV Stream: osprey box would not allow 4k using a new HDMI Splitter; non-4k is OK.
