Final Bill

I am still able to access my online account.  Although, Directv has drafted the early termination fee, I am unable to see a final bill online. I was told the first time that I called, that I would be able to see the amount after 24 hours.  It has been 48 hours and I am still not able to access.  I need this for reimbursement from my new provider and Directv after two calls has refused to provide me with any information.  How in the world can Directv debit your account without an invoice.  I have no idea what was charged (taxes, fees, etc) because the information online is blank with no amounts. This seems illegal.  Has anyone had similar issue?

Hi there. We're sad that you left, and we apologize for any confusion. ETF and cancellation take effect on the next bill cycle. Once charged, the invoice will be accessible online.

I should be in the next billing cycle.  They would not let me cancel until the end of a billing cycle.  I don't understand why i cannot get an invoice for the amount debited from my account   I have already been charged and paid the early termination fee.  Make it make sense.

We apologize for the confusion. The final bill generates on the regular billing date and should be available within 28 business days after services disconnect. It will be sent to your address or be accessible online within 28 days after the account is completely cancelled. I bet if I wasn't set up on autopay that I would have already received an invoice.  Absolutely the worst customer service ever.  No way they should debit an account without notice and invoice first.

Well this is awesome.  You said That Ii can get my final bill after 28 days and now I cant even access my account unless I sign up for service again.   This is such a scam.
