Starz subscription

We have UVerse 450 which includes Starz.  But when we try to watch a movie through the App on our TV it makes us sign up and pay for a new subscription.  If I go to activate it through the Starz website, it will not take my user ID or password.  We have this problem constantly.

Your setup may be different, but on mine, there's a website I go to on my phone. I enter a code off the screen and the rest is fairly automatic.

Make sure you select options for U-Verse and not AT&T TV.

  • We would recommend that you try resetting your password to resync your account
  • Are you getting any message when it doesn't accept your login credentials and if so what does it state?
