U-Verse TV has been pixellating out and freezing: due to solar storm from sun ?
Good Day, my Uverse TV programs have been pixellating and freezing up for the last couple of weeks.
I just powered off and re-powered my home router device and the set-top box and it is working
normally, but I tried that about 6 days ago and the behaviour came back yesterday.
Could something like the solar storm that's getting close to earth cause this ?
It looks chaotic enough to be caused by something like that.
I have included a photo of the screen just before I started the above reboot process today.

I assume it's on all TVs.
I'd call 800-288-2020 and see what they say.

This just happened to my office tv in the last 10 minutes, but I also checked my
living room tv and it was not doing it, perfectly fine.
Then I walked back in the office and it is now fine.
People wonder why I drink.....

This behavior has become less and less frequent since I posted it on May 11.
There have been sporadic incidents where the signal has become badly garbled,
but they are also getting less frequent.
If it continues I'll call the support number listed above by baseballisback.
