Watching U-verse TV

i live in youngsville, LA and i have no local channels. any clue as to why??

what happened to channel 1011 Fox local?

the 'guide' function has been saying 'getting information' for several days now. Never fills in the channels with current shows. This has never happened before.

This has been an ongoing issue for months now. I have 3 TV's in the house. One has the primary box and the other two have the satellite boxes.
