Watching U-verse TV

I have a Pixel 2 and I am having trouble streaming at&t tv to my phone and therefore, cannot cast to my tv.

When I search for shows it shows option of websites that are free on HD when I click on it .Says User is Unauthorized.I I am always signed in cause the account is registered to me.I have U verse with ATT
