Who is responsible for the accuracy of the information for a channel on the U-Verse Guide?

Does anyone know who is responsible for the accuracy of the information in the Guide for a channel.  The information for the WTTW PBS channel has been wrong in the primetime hours most days for over a month now.  If I go to the WTTW website and view the schedule there, it matches with what is showing on the channel, but the U-Verse guide has something completely different.  This makes it very difficult to set up recordings, or even check to see what's going to be on and to plan to watch.   I tried reaching out to WTTW, but haven't heard back from them.

WTTW provides information about their programming to guide information aggregators such as Titan TV.  AT&T subscribers to one of these guide information services to provide it with the information about the content.

So, ultimately, it is the responsibility of the station to provide timely updates to the guide aggregators.

While the technical gorp is interesting, it doesn’t help your problem. This forum can’t be used to report problems like this because essentially it is peer supported.  We as users have no way report or get action on issues like this one.  You’ll have to wait and hope the people that handle the data will eventually sort out the issue.
