Watching U-verse TV

WE paid for a year's subscription to ESPN+ so we could stream ESPN+ on our iphones and ipad. We have ATT UVerse as our internet and TV provider...Cable..... In the past we could stream SEC network games and on demand past games from ESPN+ on our phone and ipad. WE are unable to open up ESPN+ at all.

so 3 weeks later and the iphone and firestick app still have this issue. chat support was quick to end our chat and tell me this is due to maintenance. news flash, maintenance does not take 3 weeks! how can att not issue a public statement for the tons of customers this is affecting, really????

Guide will not show all channels, only some premium. I have deleted app and reinstalled and logged out then back in. Can anyone offer any other suggestions?

I have lost 252, 265, 269, 271. I saw on a forum that I could get these channels back but, I cannot find that article in the forum. There was a button to click to regain the channels. I have Direct TV. I do not have U-verse
