U-verse app

Guide will not show all channels, only some premium. I have deleted app and reinstalled and logged out then back in. Can anyone offer any other suggestions?

Let's get your U-verse app working, @Penny216!  

 

We recommend following these U-verse app troubleshooting steps to see if it allows you to see non premium channels:

  1. Make sure you are using the correct member ID to sign in
  2. Restart the device.
  3. Delete cache. Varies on phone, browser or device operating system.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app
  5. Verify you have the latest software/ operating system on your phone or tablet 
  6. Turn off other apps that may be in use
  7. Make sure you have U-verse TV service and an appropriate package – if you do not have U-verse TV, you can see if it is available by signing into your account at att.com.
  8. Reset your password – This can help sync up your account.
  9. In some instances, restoring the phone has resolved app function. You may lose pictures and other data if this is performed. 
  10. Also, be sure to report/post a review in the applicable software store for your affected device to help address an issue.

Make sure you have U-verse TV service and an appropriate package – if you do not have U-verse TV, you can see if it is available by signing into your account at att.com.

If you do not have U-Verse TV, there is nothing you can do, right @skeeterintexas?

Right, the atthelp instructions suggest it’s still possible to get U-verse TV, so they should be amended to remove that incorrect information.

I have the Uverse app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and while I don't get ALL the channels, I do get MOST of the channels.

I would be curious as to what device the OP is using.

ETA:  I just checked on my Samsung tablet and I'm getting the same channels as my iPhone....not all but most.

Uverse never secured rights to stream all channels.  The guide however should match the subscription.
