U VERSE APP STOP WORKING
Have been using this app all the time then one day it ask me to sign in, I put my email and password in an this message pops up.
Hmm... That isn't the ID you set up for this service. Try signing in with another ID. Care Code: 205.4
I called ATT and agent could not fix and said they would have to elevate the problem and I would be notified. It's been over a week and I have heard nothing. They love to take your money and raise your rates after 1 year yet the service of ATT (Edited per community guidelines)!

Unlink your user ID. Try to use it.

I have the app on my iPhone (and have for years). I use my @att.net email address. I just checked and the app is working fine for me. 🤷♀️

There won’t be any help coming through that route, @grjoe
Figure out what your Uverse member ID is and use that email address. This was established when service first installed. Also do what @baseballisback suggested.

I finally got ahold of agent and after doing research apparently some issues with APP are being reported. He added me to the list and said tomorrow delete APP the add back and try to login like I login into att.com. If that doesn't work I'll try unlinking my accounts.

Sorry, they won't do a darn thing.
Check your profile on att.com to be certain you have the correct key to unlock the door.
