Watching U-verse TV

I have been getting a message for quite awhile that tells me that the app is "temporarily unavailable." I have updated the app and have the most current IOS version. I also tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing works! Any ideas?

About 15 minutes after starting a recorded episode, it says “finished” and “start over” “delete” etc like the episode finished, but there is 1hr 30mins + recorded, and it shows that. Have restarted, have the room to record, Why is it not letting me finish the episode?
