att uverse app only premium channels available
so 3 weeks later and the iphone and firestick app still have this issue. chat support was quick to end our chat and tell me this is due to maintenance. news flash, maintenance does not take 3 weeks! how can att not issue a public statement for the tons of customers this is affecting, really????

AT&T rarely publicly acknowledges when they have an ongoing issue. Sometimes they will report when its over, but unless the issue or outage is so widespread/blatantly obvious that everyone knows anyway, they just don't. Beats me why, but that's the way they operate.
I heard back from a back-channel request that the responsible team is looking at it. No acknowledgement of a problem. No commitment to fix. No ETA of a fix. But I can tell you that it has gotten at least a little further than being a post on the forum.
