Watching U-verse TV

I am trying to login with my Uverse TV and steam games on Bally Sports app. I've been doing this for months with no issues. Now suddenly it says I am not entitled to the content. Local weather, search, and on demand all the show the error "failed to load resource" with uverse tv. I have power cycled the receiver and unplugged and replugged the power 3 times and still have the same issue
