U-verse app issues [EDITED per Community Guidelines]

I am 60 miles from the closest stadium, yet my app says that I am in or near a stadium and by NFL rules I can not stream. I have restarted but to no avail. Please help!

We tried all possible troubleshooting. When I log into the app it says there’s a problem with your account talk to DIRECTV customer service. Any ideas? NFL Sunday Ticket
