Can not fast forward, rewind or pause.

When we try to fast forward, rewind or pause a message comes up that says the dvr is either unplugged or not working. What do I need to do. Thanks

I’m 8 minutes into Rob Schmidt on Newsmax and all of a sudden the feed goes dead. What the heck is going on? Censorship? What could the cause be?

Wireless receiver in the bedroom resets itself every night at 11 PM

This happens every night at exactly 11 PM, the screen goes blank and gives an error message, then the box comes back on 3 minutes later. ATT has no clue. Anybody knows why?

U-verse App wants a user ID it was working fine then just stopped working

My U-verse app will not let me login. It says it wants a member ID. I spent 2 hours on the phone 2 days ago and they never got the problem solved. The technician promised to call me back the next day and of course he didn’t. I don’t understand why I can’t get someone who cares about customer service

Using my Uverse away from home

We have Uverse 450 at our main home. We have a weekend cabin with WiFi and a Roku TV. I'm told I can connect to our UVerse using Roku at our weekend cabin. Is that true? If so, how would I do that? We are old. Any suggestions would be helpful.

uverse guide on 20 interjected channels.

Why is Att putting 20 channels to advertise one new movie. EXAMPLE- Rent Spiderman Homecoming was placed in my uverse guide on 20 interjected channels. I have 3 TVs and it takes forever to get rid of them all.
