Unable to login to the Starz app

Try the following troubleshooting options to refresh your account authorization:

1. Reset your AT&T account password. This will re-sync your account and can re-authorize your access to the app.
2. Check that you're entering your username correctly. Try typing it in manually, instead of letting your device do it if the credentials are saved.
3. Clear the app's cache. Look up the steps to do this based on your phone's operating system.
4. Try rebooting your receiver. Press and hold the power button (located on the left side of the receiver) for 10 seconds. Unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet for 10 seconds is another option.
