Can’t log on. Says I need a member ID. I can’t find anywhere on the site to create one. Can anyone help?

The only "member ID" I know of is the att.net email address.
Wasn't there another one? Mine is the username and then four numbers which are not part of my att email address.
On my iPhone it's my email address. *shrug*

I'm pretty sure it is at least the part before "@att.net" when you sign in.

If you have Uverse (AT&T) you have an @att.net email address.
Do you have Uvese?
Yes, I have uverse.
I think that worked! It is the first time I have opened the app for a long time! It is still “loading” but I’m cautiously optimistic!
