Watching U-verse TV

I'm having a problem with "Search" and 'On Demand. I have 2 receivers and DVD receiver.  The problem is on all 3. I rebooted all receivers and the modem. Didn't fix the problem.  AT&T sent a tech to my house.  He said he had other calls just like mine.  The first call he rep

For months and months I’ve been forced to sign in with username and password each and every time I open the app. I check the stay signed in box each time but it doesn’t work. Why?

The "Search and On Demand" comes back with a "Error code: 401 - Unauthorized" "kx: Failed to load resource" It's not the hardware. All receivers and modems have been rebooted and changed out.  Problem is still there.

On Friday was the worse night to watch wireless U-verse Television. Time was 11:01 p.m. every 3 to 6 minutes the signal was lost this went on all night until this morning Saturday 12-17-2022 we go thru this every night at 11:01 p.m. Does anyone knows what is going on?

Keep getting an error code when searching in menu. Usually I can reboot and it works fine but not this time. Have turned off and rebooted from website even and still getting the error code 401.

Every night the picture on my tv freezes.  I think it only happens when everyone is home and using the internet?

Recently, the uverse app has been freezing when I am watching different channels on my mobile. I have reloaded the app, tried different channels between SD and HD, and restarted my phone more than a few times but no change. I thought it might be buffering but it happens on both WIFI and cellular. Ha

We have AT&T Fiber 1Gbps. Two TVs, one with DVR (IPH8110) is the one we watch most often. Both "cable boxes" are connected via ethernet through our home network directly to the gateway (no hub or switch in the path). Uverse picture will freeze, if you change channel quickly it will un-freeze

Both have frozen again on all TV's. No other channels out just those two. Anyone else notice how FOX News especially tends to have problems while no other channels have any?

Last week uverse went down do to a car accident. When it came back up I no longer have a channel guide. What’s up???
