Watching U-verse TV

I live in Ohio and this has started happening to me on recordings that were on there for a while and ones I recently recorded. This is not a space issue I have not exceeded the capacity either before or especially now that most of them have been erased. Other older threads say this has been a known

All of my recordings, except one, have been erased. I didn't have a lot of them, so it can't be a space issue. Can I get them back?
