Watching U-verse TV

is the cw channel available on att uverse in the port st. lucie, florida area?

Primarily on ME TV channel the picture jumps during the afternoon and evenings.

Since I pay extra for local programming does this mean my bill will be adjusted accordingly do tp you're removing one of the local program channels NBC, I certainly hope so and expect a reduction on my billing accordingly to the time frame NBC is not being programmed

The closed captioning is checked properly but this feature no longer functions on any channel.The trouble-shooting feature is not specific enough for the CC feature, so it is of no help. after a service call to replace intermittant equipment wireless receiver, uverse started having these problems, day, and time vary all over with no logical pattern. The technicians recommended faster internet so they came back and supposedly doubled our speed on our land line and it's worse. 

I cancelled att as my tv provider and made utube tv my provider. I still have att internet. No problem at first when I made utube tv my provider,but recently I can’t watch something’s on ESPN app and att shows up as my provider on that app. I reached out to ESPN support and the representative tried
