Watching U-verse TV

The closed captioning is checked properly but this feature no longer functions on any channel.The trouble-shooting feature is not specific enough for the CC feature, so it is of no help. Any help would be appreciated. I have a Samsung TV and U-Verse S30 remote. I've had no difficulty using thisfeatu

after a service call to replace intermittant equipment wireless receiver, uverse started having these problems, day, and time vary all over with no logical pattern. The technicians recommended faster internet so they came back and supposedly doubled our speed on our land line and it's worse. 

I cancelled att as my tv provider and made utube tv my provider. I still have att internet. Discovered last night that Uverse took away WGN. I am disgusted. Can't even find a link to view the current announcement of channel changes. Cost keeps going up, yet number of channels provided keeps decreasing. I give up.

I am paying for ABC and not getting it due to the negotiation. I think I am owed a partial refund for several months. and when are we getting ABC back? or else, I m shopping around. 

Haven’t been able to log into app for months. Have called and spoken to customer service several times along with chatting online with no resolution. How can no one be able to help? I’ve tried just about every suggestion and still nothing. Very discouraged!
