If we pay for showtime can we bundle it

Unfortunately not.
If you pay for the Movie Pack, U-300, U-400 or U-450 plus a Paramount+ package that includes Showtime, you're paying twice.
Sadly, it's a reality of the situation.
I'm in the same situation. I pay for Paramount+ and Peacock. Both Peacock and the U-300 tier include Reelz.
