Watching DIRECTV

I had DirecTV installed today on 3 wired devices. I am using the DirecTV app on my other TVs, and I no longer have access to some of the channels I did before. I had ESPN and 4k on my Apple TV and it's no longer there. A lot of the channels are missing. What is going on?

NBC reception is terrible on DIRECTV. The screen freezes, breaks up, and goes black constantly.  Before you bury me with questions: * All other channels (including the majors like CBS and ABC) come in fine. * I am in northern California, in an urban area with excellent internet reception.

I can’t watch DIRECTV on my iPad. I can on my TV. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I get: “we’re having some issues on our end. Give it some time and try again signing again later. Care Code: 500”. This has been going on for several weeks.

Suddenly, I get error code 771 for the following Directv Channels: 13 (ABC), 14,16,21,33,and 62 (CW).  Reset receiver.  All other channels are fine.  Only really care about 13 (ABC/WLOS) and 62 (CW).  No weather issues or anything else wrong with my setup.  Thanks.
