Local FOX station showing "SIGN OFF" on guide but will show content when chosen

Thank you for reaching out to us here, we'd love to help you! Are To get started, we suggest that you reset your receiver by pressing and holding the red button for 10 -15 sec.

We also suggest that you Refresh your Receiver by logging into your account on the Website and request a signal sent down to "refresh" the service authorization to your box. This will make sure that the receiver has the up to date info on all the channels and services.

Having same problem with golf channel. Any idea how to get channel guide back? Channel is working but no guide, just Sign Off. Can't see programs to record. 

DTV like most TV providers buys the guide data from a third party so if the above fixes don't work there is nothing else to do.
