Watching DIRECTV

I am trying to stream to my samsung TV. I have the Direct TV streaming app installed.  When I log into it using my satellite user ID and password, I get an error code 201 - saying my user ID or password are incorrect.  I have confirmed they are correct by signing into my Direct TV account

I stream DirecTV using a FireStick. "Targeted advertising and localized ad insertion" is intercepting the commercials from the "network" feed and replacing them with what I consider to be "propaganda" type commercials.  For example, Fox Business commercials continue to show the stock "ticker"

There is always a banner at bottom of my screen on DirectTV that says return to live tv and shows PAW Patrol description and says Watch Now or Cancel. But I am unable to get to those options to clear the banner.  How do I remove it?
