Very frequently when playing back recorded programs via my Roku, the playback freezes after thirty or forty minutes. Other than getting out of the Direct TV Stream app and starting over, which works, is there some way to prevent it from happening?

We recently switched to DIRECTV STREAM and were told we had all local channels. We do not have CW, which we watch often. Where is this channel? Have we made a mistake by switching?

Just recently subscribed to streaming service. We were unable to get the app on my phone to work in-store, so waited till I got home to try. Still a no go. Also TV is not wanting to load either. Have tried other devices and TVs and nada. Have tried the suggested info on support pages with no luck

While watching my DVR shows, sometimes they stop and play from beginning. Happen frequently. LG TV, Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max connected via ethernet to router, 318 Mbps download speed. Started about a month ago. No new devices to blame it on. Anybody have same problem and know a fix?
