Watching DIRECTV STREAM

Lately I have had 2 separate issues with my recordings... 1. If I start a recording then pause it before it's finished, the next recording I try to watch starts at the exact minute the previous recording is paused at. If I click "start over", it just starts back to the same pause time.  2. I

I'm having problems with one commercial, DHL SC. The picture gets stuck on this commercial every time. Sounds will still come through. I've tried the uninstall,reinstall. It still gets stuck on that commercial. It may get stuck on others but that commercial for sure. Weird huh??

Why are my recordings starting over after being paused? It doesn't matter how long the recording is paused (1 minute, 3 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.), about half the time it will start over to the beginning of the recording. need to remember where I was and fast forward to that spot.
